Nothing showcases a property’s exterior like a drone video. I have an FAA Remote Pilot License and a Drone. I personally film each property I represent, and perform all the video editing on my computer. I also provide liability insurance on all my drone flights. 

360° Virtual tour

In today’s environment, having a complete 360° tour of a property’s interior to view before scheduling a physical tour of the property is quickly becoming the standard. I own the 360° photography equipment needed to accomplish this and perform all the video editing on my computer. 

floor plans

As tenants change, the floor plans may change as well. That is why I have invested in software to create current clean floor plans. A current floor plan gives the prospect a detailed view of the layout, which may be more important than the square footage.

Properties I represent have exposure on a minimum of 10 commercial property search websites. Syndication to multiple websites provides more exposure where active buyers and tenants are searching for Las Vegas Commercial Real Estate.
